• Billing status and subscription identifiers needed to manage access through Stripe.
• Support requests, reply details, request category, and limited technical context you send through the contact form.
• Basic technical information needed to keep the app secure and working.

How We Use It

We use your information to run your personal library, provide account access, process billing, improve product reliability, and respond to support requests.

Third-Party Services

Nook & Spine may use services such as Stripe for billing, book metadata providers for search and scanning, AWS SES for transactional email, and n8n for limited support and operational delivery workflows. The Nook & Spine database and admin feedback inbox are the authoritative support records.

Support Requests

Contact-form messages are stored with a request reference so the team can reply and track resolution. Support notifications may be delivered through email and a limited operational alert, but the full message is not intentionally copied into general-purpose spreadsheets or chat alerts. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, reset links, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a support message.

Your Choices

You can update or remove library records in your account. For account-level privacy requests, contact support from the contact page.
