Delete Your Account

Delete in the iOS App

1. Open Nook & Spine and sign in.
2. Open Profile, then find Your data.
3. Choose Delete Nook & Spine account.
4. Enter your current password and confirm Permanently delete account.

Delete on the Web

1. Sign in to Nook & Spine on the web.
2. Open Settings and scroll to Danger zone.
3. Choose Delete account, enter your current password, and confirm.

What Deletion Does

Deletion permanently removes your Nook & Spine account, library, Wishlist, watchlist and followed authors, reading details, settings, and signed-in sessions. The app also removes that account's offline data from the device after the server confirms deletion. This action cannot be undone.

Subscriptions

If your subscription was purchased on the Nook & Spine website through Stripe, the deletion process attempts to cancel it before deleting the account. If cancellation cannot be completed, the account is kept so support can resolve the problem safely.

If your subscription was purchased through Apple, deleting your Nook & Spine account does not cancel the Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple Account's subscription settings.

Limited Records That May Remain

Limited payment, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or legal records may be retained when required. Restricted backup copies may remain temporarily until they age out under operational retention schedules. They are not used to restore a deleted account.
